In 2017, Anchor acquired this 2000 square foot property for $2.5 million. The property was used as a Grimey’s music retail store until late 2018 when it was turned into an Enterprise car rental. In keeping with Anchor’s development strategies, the old record shop was transformed into a clean and functional facility for Enterprise and future tenants to utilize in the coming years.
